Casa Vacanza si trova lungo il corso che porta al mare, al centro di
Capaci che si affaccia nella splendida insenatura compresa tra Punta Raisi e Palermo.
Il paese confina con il comune di Isola delle Femmine, che fino al 1854
ne costituiva il borgo marinaro, e Carini con la sua verde pianura ed il suo castello,
tra le cui mura il 4 dicembre 1563 si è consumata la nota,
drammatica storia della Baronessa Donna Laura Lanza.
E' situato in una felice posizione viaria essendo servito dall’autostrada
A29 che in appena 15 minuti lo collega a Palermo ed, in direzione
opposta, al suo aeroporto.
Il collegamento ferroviario “Trinacria Express” completa le vie di comunicazione tra le stazioni di Palermo e l'aeroporto Falcone
Borsellino.

La casa vacanza è stata ristrutturata di recente ed arredata con mobili
nuovi per adeguarla alle moderne esigenze di una vacanza confortevole e
piena di relax.
Data la sua centralità, gode della vicinanza di tutti gli esercizi
commerciali e dei servizi essenziali (farmacie, banche, posta, attività
istituzionali, etc).
La spiaggia dista circa 700 metri ed è raggiungibile a piedi (10 minuti)
o con bus navetta gratuita dedicata (consigliata) che, nel periodo
giugno-settembre, transita prorio davanti ogni mezz’ora; dalle 8.45 alle
13.00 e dalle 16.00 alle 19.00
House is located along the course leading to the sea in the middle of capabilities that overlooks the beautiful bay between Punta Raisi, Palermo.
The country is bordered by the municipality of Isle of females, which
until 1854 it was the seaside village, and Carini, with its green plain
and its castle, witness the dramatic story of the Baroness Donna Laura
Lanza.
It is in a good location being served by the motorway A29 road which
connects it in just 15 minutes in Palermo and in the opposite direction,
to its airport.

The holiday house has been newly renovated and furnished with new
furniture to adapt to modern needs for a pleasant and full of
relaxation.
Given its centrality, enjoys close proximity to shops and essential
services (pharmacies, banks, post office, institutional activities,
etc).
The beach is about 700 meters and can be reached on foot or by shuttle
bus free online (recommended) in the period from June to September,
derives its transit in front of each half-hour from 8.45 to 13.00 and
16.00 19:00
House est situé le long du parcours menant à la mer au milieu de capacités qui surplombe la magnifique baie entre Punta Raisi, Palerme.
Le pays est bordé par la municipalité de
l'île de femelles, qui jusqu'en 1854 c'était le village côtier, et
Carini, avec sa plaine verte et son château, témoin de l'histoire
dramatique de la baronne
Donna Laura Lanza.
Il est dans un bon
emplacement, desservi par la route de l’autoroute A29 qui relie en 15
minutes seulement à Palerme et, dans la direction opposée, à son
aéroport.
La liaison ferroviaire “Trinacria
Express” remplisse les lignes de communication entre les gares et l’aéroport
de Palerme “Falcone Borsellino”.

La maison de vacances a été récemment rénové et meublé avec un mobilier
neuf pour s’adapter aux besoins modernes d’une agréable et plein de
détente.
Étant donné son rôle central, bénéficie de la proximité
de toutes les entreprises commerciales et des
services essentiels (pharmacies, banques, poste, les activités
institutionnelles, etc).
La plage est à environ 700 mètres et peut être atteint à pied (10
minutes) ou en navette gratuite en ligne (recommandé), dans la période de
Juin à Septembre, tire son front passe toutes les demi-heures; de 8.45 à
13.00 et 16.00 à 19.00

Die Urlaub
Haus wurde neu renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln eingerichtet, um den
Bedürfnissen der Zeit anzupassen, für einen angenehmen und voller
Entspannung. Angesichts der Zentralität, erfreut sich der Nähe zu den
Geschäften und wichtigen Dienstleistungen (Apotheken, Banken, Post,
institutionellen Tätigkeiten usw.).
Der Strand
ist etwa 700 Meter und kann zu Fuß erreicht werden oder mit dem
Shuttle-Bus kostenlos online (empfohlen) in der Zeit von Juni bis
September, leitet seinen Transit vor jeder halben Stunde zwischen 8,45
und 13,00 und 16,00 19:00.
